Q: CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
A: The simple answer… if you are a business, yes.
As we only sell directly to business, we are unable to authorise any consumer accounts or sell directly to consumers. You will need to find your nearest ASG Retailer to purchase our products.
Thankfully we have a Dealer Locator tool on our website to help you do just that!
Q: WHERE CAN I BUY ASG PRODUCTS?
A: You can buy ASG products from retailers and online shops through out the world.
We have the ASG dealer locator on our website that helps you to locate the nearest retailer or online shop.
REPAIR AND SPARE PARTS
Q: I NEED SPARE PARTS FOR MY ASG PRODUCT - WHAT DO I DO?
A: You will need to contact an authorized retailer and ask them to order the parts for you.
On each product page, there is an exploded diagram that has parts numbers listed. When you contact an authorized retailer, provide them with the product name and part number(s) you need.
Q: I NEED SPARE PARTS, BUT I AM NOT SURE OF THE NAME ON THE COMPONENT
A: On ASG website, we have exploded drawings and component lists on our products to help you find the component / spare part you are searching for. You can find it in the download section on the product page.
Q: WHERE CAN I GET MY ASG PRODUCTS REPAIRED?
A: All you need to do, is to contact your local ASG dealer from where you purchased your ASG product and they will take further action to make sure that your product will be repaired.
ASG ensures that your ASG product is repaired by certified ASG technicians.
Q: I WANT TO RETURN MY ASG PRODUCT - CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?
A: No, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the product from for returns.
Please keep in mind that every retailer will have their own return policy.
Q: DO YOU HAVE PLANS TO MAKE_______?
A: We don’t answer any questions regarding future product plans. Please follow our social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram for the latest news and updates.
Q: I HAVE AN AIRSOFT/SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNEL, WILL YOU SPONSOR ME?
A: We do not offer sponsorships.
