Compliance and Return
Should you find an ActionSportGames product defective, your first step should be to email our service department and explain the issue (and attach screen shots or video of the item/issue if possible), in many cases our Technical Services Team will be able to diagnose the fault remotely and often supply the advice needed to allow your own tech team to quickly rectify the problem ‘in house’.
In exceptional cases, the faulty replica or accessory may have to be returned to us at ActionSportGames for servicing and repair. In this situation simply download and fill in a service and warranty form from our website to be returned with the product in question.
The returned product should be returned in its original packing with all extras, ancillaries and any accessories it was supplied with if possible. We recommend that any items are returned via recorded/tracked post and insured post as ActionSportGames cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.
Upon receipt of your retuned item we will begin the service and repair process. If your store is a Premium Retailer store you will receive priority servicing.
